I am like you,you can’t say i am fat but i am normal,i am 51 kg and 5’4”,and yes with huge tights,butt and the most ugly flabby stomach.Now i may not look like it but i do a very good job in concealing my flaws in every way.But that’s my choice some people choose to literally loose weight,its a good thing but done in the wrong way will lead to long term health problems.
I want to help you guys you know why?Because i was fat once,i was 65 kgs,and i went all the way to 51,so its a change right?And all i did in the gym was gossip with my friends while they were sweating,i would do 10 mins of cardio at 4.5km/h.It was more like a pass time but it was important and you know why?Because it helped me divert my mind from eating.Today i would like to tell you the main weight loss scam and secrets i learned,i have lost and gained weight many times and i tell you,it wasn’t always positive.
WEIGHT LOSS SCAMS:
1.If your friend if 53 and you are 56 and both of you are 5’3” it doesn’t mean you are fatter than your friend.I’m not saying because your friend might have more bone weight,but because weight consists of not only weight of fat but also the food you just ate,fluids,organs and of course bones.It’s all genetic and this is not even valid for sisters and brothers.
2.I read loads about Acai berry( sorry for the spelling) and i have to say that its antioxidant capacity is just like any other less expensive fruit in the market.I think an apple does a much better job.And if any of you are going to say you used a diet pill which contained it then i’m sorry,its the other ingredients not the berry that made the change.
3.Now the lovely diet pill,they can actually be fatal,i am no scientist but if there is anything i know it’s that,a diet pill can do two things
1.make you eat less(or)
2.increase your body’s capacity to loose calories(fat)(increase your metabolism temporarily)
Now remember it can suppress you appetite fine,what about the one which increases your body’s capacity to loose calories?it just make you heart pump faster with more pressure!Now really do i want to kill myself to loose weight?No and no one should,there are many other ways and this is the worst approach.
4.Starving actually works,i’ve personally tried it,but not without taking in anything,some people actually do it,and expect their bodies to function normally without fueling it,now you people rock really.(you’ll end up either anorexic or with deficiencies)
5.Weight loss creams are very attractive why?Because woman like creams basically,so first of all feels like were getting a beauty cream.Secondly we know its going to make us thinner.Now the truth about them is that for them to have awesome effect,well if your ever loosing weight its either due to other factors or the great way you massage the cream, because they are totally bogus,no cream is going to absorb your calories for you ladies!
6.Sauna belt,its a revolution and still is,i have one myself,(got it free) anyway i’ve never used it but i should say it was pretty much a disaster,it actually burn my mom’s skin and started building muscles in my sisters abs(she just dint want those flabs),and she did not misuse it.
WEIGHT LOSS SECRETS:
1.Not proven but,a glass of lemon juice on empty stomach helps in weight loss.(works great actually)
2.Starving impairs you metabolism,the moment you start eating your body will eat up those calories.
3.Fresh air and walking at least 4 kms per day is essential,whether you want to loose weight or not,i do it in my room with my Walkman phone,i listen to music and jump around like crazy,and this will keep your body and mind young,but its more effective in fresh air tough.
4.An all fruit diet?i say yes to that totally.
5.You can loose more weight by cutting down on junk ans eating essential food,and doing minimal exercising.
6.Not all supplements are good,sometimes eating them from fresh sources is better,want iron?why not try the spinach?
7.take the long way to you office,and use your cycle for nearby places.
8.I climb 6 floors everyday,so should you.
9.Avoid makeup(by that we mean foundation and all…not the eyeliner),some ingredients in makeup have been proven to hinder the fat burning process in some woman,and it even causes cancer)
10.Aiming high is good,but sometimes,its better to be realistic,or you could injure yourself.
11.A year passes off very fast.it’s already 2011!you can plan on loosing loads of weight over a year and not a week.
12.Charting your plan helps.Stick your plan as a table on the wall in your bedroom and it should be the first thing you see.
13.Now this has always been a piece of argument,but people say that fasting helps cleansing the body,now this is entirely your choice,i have never done it and personally can never,bu this is only like once a month or during festivals when you know granny’s not gonna take excuses and her sweets means 10 pounds a day!
14.Whatever plan you follow remember,your health is more important,if you have any medical issues,see a professional dietitian.
